Loved this product until today. I loved this product until today. I used it to dice carrots and somehow the blade became welded to the lid and I was picking pieces of plastic out of the carrots. Photo’s attached. Ironically, I just recommended this product to someone yesterday.

I’d really like to love this set, but the pitcher design seems to be defective. I bought this set to replace my existing QB900. I use the chopper extensively and have nothing but good experiences with that portion of the set. When I started making Bulletproof Coffee recently, I started using the blender more. I noticed recently that the blender had started cracking on the bottom, going out in three directions. Over time it got worse until it got up the sides and then started leaking. Since a replacement pitcher from Ninja was $20, I figured I’d get this set, since that…

I have called customer service and talked to Someone about … I have called customer service and talked to Someone about the ninja QB900 blender which is shredding plastic pieces into the baby food I am making. They couldn’t help me and asked me to send an email nobody reply.I am very worry and now going to throw the whole thing away. I want to let the parents know it is not safe to use. I have been noticing white pieces in the baby food, and I see the marks on the plastic top of blade!
